Go BABY GO

I am a founding member of the first chapter of GoBabyGo in Thailand, an organization that modifies ride-on toy cars to empower independent mobility. As the Chief Engineer, I localized and standardized the production of GoBabyGo cars in Thailand. So far, I've helped facilitate the donation of 30 cars to multiple organizations across Thailand and worked with more than 100 active members.

GoBabyGo Origins

  • Founded by Dr. Cole Galloway, a Professor of Psychological and Brain Sciences at the University of Delaware

  • “Champion the lives of children with disabilities, giving them the hope that they can live like an able-bodied child” Dr. Cole Galloway

Problems while starting up

  • Dr. Galloway provided us with an engineering manual to modify ride-on cars

  • “Lightning McQueen” car model was not available in Thailand

  • “Big red button” was not available in Thailand

  • Wrote and distributed assembly manual to all GoBabyGo Thailand chapters

  • Main steps include modifying an industrial footswitch for the accelerator, installing a five-point harness seatbelt, and installing PVC piping and cushions for support

Convinced BMW Thailand to grant over $1,000 worth of sponsorship by adding extra safety features
